Enrichment Day Camp

Canine Enrichment Camp is our Dog Trainer version of Doggy Daycare…but really it’s SO much more!

Dogs that participate in our Canine Enrichment Camp engage in a variety of structured activities throughout the day as well as participating in a social room designed for each dog to succeed.

Your dog will engage in variety of activities throughout the day to provide physical and mental stimulation…all while building confidence, learning, and having fun!

Your dog will have the opportunity to safely and properly practice socialization in a controlled environment no matter where they are on the social spectrum. Specialized social groups are formed to create a successful environment for all involved.

Leash skills, patience, and manners are reinforced throughout the day which provides maximum benefit for your dogs no matter where they are in their training process.

Dogs also participate in a small challenges course, treadmill training, and structured on leash walks.

Your dogs will come home tired and satisfied and YOU will be relieved to know your hard efforts at training are being reinforced and expanded upon while your dogs are with us.

Canine Enrichment Camp is a day program offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Drop off is from 7:00-9:00am and pick up is from 4:00pm-6:30pm.

A few important reminders of our house rules :

-Do not allow on leash meet and greets with other dogs

-Keep plenty of space. We have dogs here for a variety of reasons with a variety of behaviors. Do not assume a dog is friendly even if they look it.

-Do not pet anyone else’s dog and do not let anyone pet your dog.

Interested in our program but nervous because you haven’t done training with us and your not sure how your dog will do? We have a solution!

Enrichment, Learn, & Play : Many dogs that participate in Enrichment have already done or are in the process of doing training with us. However, it is not a prerequisite to have done a prior program. For dogs who have not done training with us yet but want their dogs to enjoy the benefits that this program has to offer, we have this on ramp program that will get your dog off on the right foot building confidence working with us and you will learn about basic leash handling skills and communication, how to get your dog to automatically stop and sit next to you, and how to create calmness and impulse control when you want it while your dog is on leash. This program includes 8 visits to enrichment (we prefer to see dogs twice per week to get them started in learning the routine and for us to get to know them as well) followed by 2 private one on one lessons with you to work on those basic leash skills.

Class Schedule : Canine Enrichment Camp is currently available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except Holidays) and private lessons can be scheduled Monday - Saturday.

Contact us today to get started. Give your dog the gift of a fun, active, and enriching day all while building good socialization habits and leash skills!

Socialization Class
Oct
2
7:00 PM19:00

Socialization Class

Our socialization class is like nothing else around. The environment we create allows for dogs to participate in a healthy and safe social atmosphere. Healthy socialization is a key part of keeping a happy, healthy, and well balanced dog. This class is for the dogs. It is where we allow our dogs to be dogs, interact, play, navigate, build confidence, learn to be polite, and speak the language of their own species. There are no greater gifts you can give your dog than honoring their true nature and letting dogs be dogs.

Classes offered every other Wednesday at 7pm. Schedule & reservation requests available on Gingr.

How it works / The Rules :

We meet outside our facility in the grass lawn & start with a pack walk. During this time, your dog must be under control using leash training and engagement techniques that you have learned. We do not allow on leash meet and greets with other dogs or each other, meaning they should make no physical contact or have direct interaction while on leashes. Tony, Jayme, and junior trainers will be around to help you with leash manners if you need it.

Once we complete the walk, we head into the facility and being walking the room. Once everyone is in we go over the rules and then start calling dogs off leash.

Once inside the facility, do not talk to your dog, do not talk to anybody else’s dog.

Do not touch your dog. Do not touch anybody else’s dog.

If anything happens, do not get involved. Once dogs are off leash they are our responsibility.

When we tell you to leash your dogs, do so as quickly as possible and get space.

Once dogs are on leash they are no longer permitted to have direct interaction with each other.
